PRINCETON – Reed Smith today announced that John Lukanski has returned to the firm as a partner in its Financial Industry Group. He will be a leader in its broker-dealer practice.  John, who was previously with the firm until 2016, rejoins Reed Smith from McGuireWoods LLP, where he was a partner.  He will sit in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office and will also spend time in the firm’s New York City office.

John, who is a seasoned business litigator, focuses his nationwide practice on representing broker-dealer and wealth management clients in internal reviews, regulatory investigations by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and state securities and insurance regulators, arbitration and litigation, and compliance counseling.
