NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it recently advised Venus Concept Inc. (NASDAQ: VERO), a global medical aesthetic technology leader, on the sale of approximately $22.25 million in securities, including common stock, preferred stock and warrants, in a private placement to a group of investors, including EW Healthcare Partners, HealthQuest Capital and SEDCO Capital.
