Trophy in spotlight

The firm repeated its Tier 1 showing in New Jersey M&A, Pennsylvania M&A, and Pennsylvania restructuring and insolvency categories.

The firm was recognized in nine practice areas: Delaware restructuring and insolvency (where it improved in rank); Illinois restructuring and insolvency (to which it is a new entry); California banking; Illinois banking; Illinois M&A; and Texas M&A; along with the aforementioned New Jersey and Pennsylvania categories that ranked Tier 1.

IFLR’s research is backed up by interviews with hundreds of law firms across the country, along with case studies and testimonials from firm clients.

This comes a week after the IFLR1000 shortlisted Reed Smith for the inaugural State Firm of the Year distinction in four states: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The awards recognize innovative deals, exceptional performance and best lawyers.
