CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of food service packaging supplies, in a definitive agreement to acquire Paper Chemical Supply Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Imperial Dade will operate 60 distribution centers across the country, adding Paper Chemical’s locations in Savannah and Charleston.
