Kerur has spent more than 24 years advising the government and the private sector on privatized and publicly procured infrastructure and development works in the Middle East and India. As managing partner, he is responsible for driving the firm’s strategy for the region.

During his tenure, Kerur has overseen a multi-fold expansion of firm revenues in the region, and the firm recently won ‘UAE Construction Law Firm of the Year’ at the Chambers Middle East Awards 2022. Also under Kerur, Reed Smith has been supporting Dubai Cares on a pro bono basis over the past 12 months by offering a range of legal services.

The law firm also is in partnership with the UAE Rugby Federation’s Al Maha All-Emirati Female Rugby Development Programme, part of the firm’s wider mission of diversity, equity and inclusion.

This is Kerur’s fourth consecutive year on the Power 100 list.

In 2022, the Power 100 list has been redesigned to focus on separate stakeholder segments  --  contractors, developers, consultants, sub-contractors, designers & architects, and lawyers -- and honorees are ranked against their peers in that segment. The sub-lists collectively make the Power 100 ranking.

Kerur ranks number 3 in the Top 10 list of construction-related lawyers. View Kerur’s write-up on the Construction Week web page.
