The shipping industry is facing a period of great change. From an increasing focus on environmental issues, to fast-changing technology, the challenge is to keep up with the changes whilst managing spending. We conducted a survey in 2018 asking industry participants: How prepared are you for the digital age? In light of the responses to that survey, as we start 2019, we reflect on the challenges that we face as an industry in the coming years.
