Guides clients through complex antitrust issues across all fronts – litigation, transactions, investigations, counseling, and compliance

As a partner on the firm’s Antitrust & Competition team, Courtney helps her clients navigate a wide spectrum of antitrust issues across all fronts – litigation, transactions, and investigations, as well as counseling and compliance. She routinely provides clients with guidance on pre- and post-merger competition issues, including substantive antitrust risk assessment and information-sharing matters. Courtney has prepared dozens of Hart-Scott-Rodino filings on both the buy- and sell-side and advised clients through the “second request” process. Courtney also represents clients in a variety of civil antitrust disputes, including class actions and multidistrict litigations. She is experienced in crafting strategies to help clients comply with government investigations and subpoenas, including negotiating the scope of document and data requests and developing creative, technology-driven approaches to electronic discovery to minimize cost and burden. As a result of her broad antitrust experience, Best Lawyers in America has recognized Courtney as “One to Watch” in Antitrust Law for five years in a row.
