As a partner on the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Team, Courtney helps her clients navigate a wide spectrum of antitrust issues across all fronts—litigation, transactions, and investigations, as well as counseling and compliance. Courtney routinely provides clients with guidance on pre- and post-merger competition issues, including information sharing matters and substantive antitrust reviews. Courtney has prepared dozens of Hart-Scott-Rodino filings on both the buy- and sell-side and advised clients through the “second request” process. Courtney also represents clients in a variety of civil antitrust disputes, including class actions and multi-district litigations. She is experienced in crafting strategies to help clients comply with government investigations and subpoenas, including negotiating the scope of document and data requests and developing creative, technology-driven approaches to electronic discovery to minimize cost and burden. As a result of her broad antitrust experience, Best Lawyers in America has listed Courtney as “One to Watch” in Antitrust Law for four years in a row.
