Jose is a senior paralegal in the Financial Industry Group, focusing on all types of general litigation matters. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, and other procedural papers, cite-checking briefs and other legal papers, conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis, assisting in deposition preparation, assisting in responding to discovery, preparing discovery documents, preparing for hearings and trials, and e-filing in New York state and numerous federal courts across the United States. Jose has extensive trial preparation and trial support experience. He is also proficient in the use of litigation-support software programs such as Relativity.
