Kim is a senior associate in the firm’s Business and Finance group in the New York office with a focus on complex corporate finance transactions in new markets and/or asset classes. Kim’s diverse practice includes representation of borrowers, issuers, insurers, lenders, investors, swap counterparties, banks, broker/dealers, prime brokers, Futures Commission Merchants and other key stakeholders in connection with a broad array of derivative transactions and structured fund finance, asset-backed credit facilities and securitizations.
