She has broad experience advising banks, financial institutions and owners on all aspects of loan, security and sale and leaseback documentation, due diligence, and transaction and deal management, including advising large syndicates on structured ECA-backed financings, advising lenders and owners on documentation for and deliveries of newbuildings and second-hand vessels, and reviewing and reporting on high-profile ship loan portfolio sales and restructurings.
