Tallat is an environmental lawyer with over 25 years of public and private sector experience, advising corporate and financial clients in various sectors, including large infrastructure projects, upstream and downstream oil & gas projects, mining, manufacturing, chemicals, renewable power, clean tech and energy transition. She advises project sponsors, developers and commercial and institutional lenders on E&S compliance, impact assessments and mitigation, and various international requirements such as the Equator Principles, World Bank/IFC Performance Standards, OECD Common Approaches, the Paris Agreement and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
