Zachary is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group and Managed Care Practice. Zachary has managed cases at the federal and state court levels, before administrative bodies, and before arbitration entities. This experience includes handling full hearings before administrative agencies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, managing numerous aspects of discovery, participating in oral arguments, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
