Kritika brings valuable in-house perspective from her recent role as senior legal counsel, combining a commercial mindset with hands-on M&A experience. Prior to joining Reed Smith, she practised at leading international firms in London and completed client secondments with the legal teams of the SoftBank Vision Fund and J.P. Morgan. In 2023, Financial News London recognised her as a “Rising Star of Legal Services" for excellence in client service on complex corporate matters.

Kritika has contributed to a diverse range of pro bono initiatives, including providing corporate governance and M&A advice to charities, representing individuals in tribunal appeals and researching family law matters.
