Zissis’ areas of practice are banking, finance, including project, corporate and debt finance, corporate and M&As. He regularly advises banking institutions, alternative lenders (domestic and international) and borrowers on a wide range of transactions such as bonds issues, energy, infrastructure and real estate project development, acquisition financing, corporate financings and listed issuances. Zissis has also gained considerable experience in providing the clients advice within the spectrum of corporate law, banking and M&As.
His recent work highlights include, among others, financings of motorway concessions, issuance of bonds listed in the local market and corporate financings guaranteed by the Hellenic Republic.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Zissis worked for seven years in a leading Greek law firm in Athens where he advised corporates, domestic and international financial institutions, and borrowers on a wide range of finance and corporate transactions and M&As.
