Sofia is an associate in the Miami office and a member of the Insurance Recovery Group. Her practice focuses on helping policyholders recover funds from insurers who wrongfully refuse to pay, underpay, or act in bad faith. She counsels businesses and individuals through pre-litigation ADR to trial. Sofia also has significant litigation and trial experience defending clients against product liability claims.
