Shannon is a paralegal in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Her areas of concentration are investment management, private funds and general corporate matters, including preparing subscription documents and AML documentation for institutional investors’ investments; drafting and submitting Section 13 filings (13F, 13G, 13H); drafting formation and organizational documents of private funds; preparing and submitting Regulation D filings with the SEC and states; drafting and filing Form ADV; and submitting other regulatory filings such as CPO and CTA exemption filings with the CFTC/NFA.
