Dan is an associate in our Global Corporate Group. He focuses his practice on advising high-net-worth individuals in sophisticated estate planning matters. Dan uses a variety of techniques to effectively transfer wealth from one generation to the next in a tax-efficient manner. He also works with owners and members of closely-held businesses, developing plans and strategies for effectively transitioning their businesses.
