Frank advises clients on a wide variety of commercial matters involving intellectual property, including licensing and analysis, protection of trade secrets and privacy, and development, manufacturing, tolling, supply, distribution and other service agreements. Additionally, he is experienced in evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues that arise in general corporate transactions, such as merger and acquisition, carve-out and spin off, private equity, and debt finance. He has worked on intellectual property matters in connection with many different industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, manufacturing, media, telecom, electronics, software, retail, consumer goods, food, automotive, financial services, and energy.
