Léonie is an associate with the Competition and EU Law team in Reed Smith’s Paris office. She advises French and international companies on European and French competition law, including in connection with antitrust investigations, abuse of dominant position, foreign investment screening, as well as litigation relating to restrictive competition and unfair commercial practices. She also assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of distribution agreements and partnership agreements.
