Philipp has broad proficiency in the digital area. With more than two decades of experience, he has a strong focus on cross-border projects and complex agreements. In the digital sector, his dynamic practice includes cloud, mobile, and e-commerce, the Internet of Things, AI, and 4IR frameworks, as well as Web3, metaverse, and data economy. More generally, he covers information technology, outsourcing, telecoms, and data protection.

Philipp’s clients include major international industrial companies in the high-tech sector, as well as specialised SMEs, highly innovative start-ups, and business incubators. His expertise includes digital solutions in the area of sustainability and impact investing.

In addition, Philipp has extensive experience in aviation and is active in international arbitration.
