Reed Smith’s media and technology team is hosting a series of seminars throughout 2014 directed at in-house counsel and business affairs executives. The first seminar in the series is titled “Think It, Fund It, Make It, Sell It: Creating Content and Maximising Value”.
Topics to be addressed include:
- Sourcing funding, including a focus on tax credits and crowdfunding
- Issues arising in production and development, including chain of title and anti-bribery compliance
- Distribution strategies, including discussion of digital distribution platforms and multi-channel networks
