The hands-on training program is designed to help participants develop arbitral skills by learning from some of the world’s best international arbitration lawyers and covers the dos and don’ts for conducting a merits hearing, including opening statements, examination of fact and expert witnesses, and closing arguments.
Reed Smith international arbitration lawyer Ed Mullins (ABA revenue officer) will be taking part as a member of the faculty, as will Miami-based international arbitration lawyer Cristina Cárdenas, who is taking part as an event speaker.
The event will serve as a fantastic opportunity to hone advocacy skills, network, and watch and learn from superstars in arbitration.
Ed Mullins and London-based associate Marine de Bailleul are also on the event organizing committee. Please contact them with any questions you may have about the event.
