There have been major shifts in the practice of law due to the pandemic, and international arbitration is no exception. However, international arbitration has also undergone significant recent changes irrespective of COVID-19. The panel will discuss recent changes to the ICDR rules, the U.S. Supreme Court’s opinion in Schein, and in-house perspectives on trends in international arbitration.
