This session will focus on life sciences disputes, examining the trends, types of cases, and practices that many life sciences companies use to resolve their cross-border international disputes.
The panel will also discuss the advantages of incorporating related intellectual property rights as part of the international arbitration agreement and additional practical issues, including interim relief, arbitrator expertise, procedural flexibility, dispositive motions, and other related options.
