Bias manifests itself in several ways in workplaces. It impacts our interactions with others, decision making abilities, and most of our basic business systems.These biases, if left unchecked, can be disastrous to workplace cultures. In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn practical skills to assess and interrupt bias, avoid microaggressions, and cultivate a culture of inclusion.

This is Part 1 of a four-part series. Part 2, Let’s talk privilege and allyshipis taking place on July 20, 2022. Part 3,  Let’s talk building and developing diverse teamsis taking place on September 8, 2022. Part 4, Let’s talk gender, sex, identity and equity is taking place on December 8, 2022.

This program is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Delaware, Florida, Ohio, and Virginia. Attendees who are licensed in other jurisdictions will receive a uniform certificate of attendance but Reed Smith only provides credit for the states listed. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the program to receive a certificate of attendance.
