Understanding the dynamics of power and privilege are essential to allyship. In this workshop, participants will learn tools to identify their privileges, and strategies to use those privileges to advocate for those in the workplace that do not have them.

This is Part 2 of a four-part series. Part 1, Let’s talk bias busting and microaggressions. Part 3, Let’s talk building and developing diverse teams is taking place September 8, 2022. Part 4, Let’s talk gender, sex, identity and equity is taking place December 8, 2022.

This program is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Delaware, Florida, Ohio, and Virginia. Attendees who are licensed in other jurisdictions will receive a uniform certificate of attendance but Reed Smith only provides credit for the states listed. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the program to receive a certificate of attendance.
