Held on 5 July, and hosted by Tilleke & Gibbins, the summit will be packed with presentations covering topics such as arbitration in the metaverse (Noppramart Thammateeradaycho), challenges to arbitral awards (Arvin Lee, Roderick Cordara QC, SC, Monique Wan, Leon Tay), working with experts in international arbitration (Tejus Chauhan, Oliver Watts, Anita Natalia) and more.

Victor Leginsky FCIArb CArb will open the event and Dr Colin Ong QC will present a keynote on the timely topic of the extended doctrine of res judicata.

Timothy will share the stage with Daniel Chia FCIArb to discuss how to reach the goal of an enforceable award through steps taken in the course of an arbitration, from the perspectives of the parties, counsel and the tribunal.
