According to the French Hamon bill, any contemplated transfer of SMEs must be preceded with the information of the employees. This procedure is about to evolve: first, a major point of the bill was censored by the French Constitutional Council (Conseil Constitutionnel), and second, it must adapt to the French Macron bill that was enacted recently.
