Catherine’s practice centers on high stakes product liability and complex commercial dispute litigation. She defends aircraft and aviation component manufacturers, airlines, and operators in contract, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury matters. In addition to her aviation practice, Catherine represents companies in automotive, industrial equipment, and consumer products litigation. With extensive experience in federal and state courts nationwide and in international arbitration, she leads all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial readiness and resolution. She handles dispositive motion practice and fact and expert discovery in technically complex cases, working closely with clients and subject matter experts to craft defensible technical narratives and persuasive trial themes. Catherine delivers practical, business oriented strategies that align with clients’ operational goals and reputational priorities.
