Dominic regularly speaks and publishes on insurance law issues, and he has served as the policyholder chair of the Professional Liability Subcommittee of the ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.

In addition to his cutting-edge insurance coverage practice, Dominic has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, most notably representing financial institutions in disputes arising out of the mortgage crisis, including RMBS trustee and servicer litigation. Following law school Dominic clerked for Chief Judge Kane of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Dominic is an active member of the community, serving on the boards of the Pittsburgh Opera and the River City Brass Band. He previously served on the boards of the Penn State Law Alumni Society, the Penn State Law Development Council, and the Lawrenceville Hospitality Society.
