Nicole is a litigation partner in Reed Smith's Energy & Natural Resources Group where she represents clients in a broad range of complex business matters, as well as disputes arising from hydrocarbon, exploration, production, transportation, and refining.

Nicole’s experience includes representing clients in public and private nuisance cases; warranty and contract claims; drilling and well failure disputes; pipeline and other midstream incidents; lease and royalty disputes; and negligence and personal injury defense. In addition to her energy litigation practice, Nicole has a significant mass tort and commercial litigation practice, representing clients in the life sciences, professional services, and manufacturing industries.
