Henry focuses his practice on high-stakes consumer class action defense work for a wide variety of industries. He has significant experience defending “blast fax,” autodialer and text messaging class actions under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for clients across the United States and in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Judith L. Harris | Partner | Washington, D.C.
Judy concentrates on telecommunications, Internet policy, privacy and trade regulation/consumer protection matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the FCC, the Commerce and Justice Departments, in the courts and on Capitol Hill. In addition, Judy has government services experience with the Federal Communications Commission, where she headed the Legislative Office and was the senior liaison with Congress and the Administration on the Telecom Act of 1995 and the first spectrum auctions.

Timothy P. Law | Partner | Philadelphia
Tim regularly represents policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies, specializing in property and liability insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Tim regularly represents corporations in premium disputes and insurance insolvencies.
