Alongside co-chair Jane Davies Evans (3 Verulam Buildings), Peter will moderate a day that includes discussions on: “Planes, Trains & Automobiles: Construction arbitration and development projects,” “The Matrix: Resurrection: Loss of productivity and disruption claims,” and “The Fast & The Furious: Fast-track arbitrations,” plus a keynote address from Brian King (independent arbitrator), a mock arbitration, and lots of opportunities to network with speakers and attendees alike.
Partner Elizabeth Farrell will also be taking part in a GAR Live Construction panel discussion, entitled, "The Matrix: Resurrection: Loss of productivity and disruption claims."
