Reed Smith has been awarded Latin America Road Deal of the Year by IJGlobal Project Finance & Infrastructure Journal in connection with their mandate to represent Citibank in Concesión Pacífico Tres, the first 4G Colombian public infrastructure financing project (worth COP $1.3 Billion).
