On November 21, 2019, Mr. Russell is moderating an ILS presentation titled “Climbing Out of the Money Pit – Cost Control in International Arbitration.”  The panel consists of Alan Crain (arbitrator and former GC of Baker Hughes), Teresa Garcia-Reyes (Baker Hughes), Yanett Quiroz (ICDR), and Alberto Ravell (ConocoPhillips).  The panelists will share their experience-honed guidance on how to control costs and maximize value in international disputes in an interactive event with attendees.  The panel and attendees will discuss strategies and innovations from the perspectives of in-house counsel, outside counsel, arbitrators, and arbitration administrators.
