The Dallas Business Journal honored Reed Smith partner Sarah Cummings’ advocacy for a “larger and more central role for technology in the practice of law” in a virtual 2020 event held September 30.
The 7th annual Women in Technology Awards honored Cummings and two dozen other outstanding trailblazers for making their mark in technology across different industries in North Texas.
Cummings uses technology to revolutionize the delivery of legal services to her clients, and is highly skilled at deploying forensic data analytics to complement and drive the risk advisory and defense work she performs for companies in the life sciences and health-care industry.
The Journal also featured Cummings in an article discussing how she, the firm and its legal tech subsidiary Gravity Stack are leveraging technology to provide client value and advancements in the business of law (subscription only).
