FRANKFURT - Global law firm Reed Smith has advised EMnify, a cellular internet of things (IoT) connectivity provider based in Berlin, on its $57m series B funding provided by London-based growth fund One Peak.

EMnify is the leading cloud building block for cellular communications in the IoT stack, connecting millions of IoT devices globally – from electric vehicles to energy meters, alarm systems to GPS trackers, thermometers to health wearables.

Reed Smith advised EMnify on the corporate, financing, employment, intellectual property and regulatory aspects (German foreign trade regulations) of the transaction.
