CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised Upshop, a portfolio company of Prairie Capital, in its acquisition of Itasca Retail Information Systems, LLC. Itasca is a provider of software solutions to grocery retailers for inventory management, direct store delivery, computer generated ordering and associated data management.
