Schaffner leads Reed Smith’s intellectual property (IP) team in Paris and its patent practice in Europe. A well-known IP litigation lawyer, she is recognized for coordinating and managing complex national and transnational patent, trade secrets and trademark disputes in the health care, chemistry, technology and telecommunications sectors.
