The top 30 are selected for their groundbreaking efforts to spearhead positive change in their workplaces and beyond. The judging panel, comprising three highly regarded industry professionals, reviewed a longlist of peer-nominated candidates and applied rigorous criteria to select the list of 30 pioneers.

Campbell is a former chair of the Insurance Committee and member of the advisory committee of the International Bar Association. With 40 years’ experience in the profession, she is recognised in the top band in several legal directories, specialising in marine and non- marine insurance. Her cases include successes in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as achieving good settlements in mediation.

She was recognised for her leadership of Reed Smith’s EMEA Women’s Initiative Network (WINRS) since 2015, spearheading gender equity at the firm. In addition to being the first woman promoted to partner after maternity leave and the first partner to work flexibly, inspiring many others both inside and outside of the firm.
