She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating key substantive documents and handling complicated title, survey, and zoning issues. Shelby also advises clients on land use matters, with an emphasis on local and state permitting in California (including compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and the California Subdivision Map Act).
