Jim’s practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of industrial and warehouse facilities, mixed use projects, hotel and resort properties, golf courses, office buildings, multifamily developments, and retail properties. He has extensive experience with sale leaseback transactions, including both portfolio and single site transactions, throughout the United States, build to suit (and reverse build to suit) financing, and traditional construction financing. Jim has experience with real estate development matters, including guiding clients through city and county land use approvals, negotiating Development Agreements, and advising on CEQA issues. Jim has experience with real estate transactions involving Native American Tribes, including leases and financing transactions.
