A seasoned litigator and trial lawyer, Brad focuses his practice on complex and commercial litigation surrounding misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of restrictive covenants and other business competition matters, energy litigation, shareholder disputes, business and contract litigation. Selected through peer review for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© for Commercial Litigation, Brad has litigated before many federal and state courts across the country and has handled several jury trials, bench trials, evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and administrative proceedings through verdict. As Co-Chair of the Firm’s Injunctions, Temporary Relief & Equivalents Team, he has obtained and defeated requests for expedited injunctive relief, and is regularly retained to lead the litigation and strategy for such matters.. Brad additionally has handled appellate matters before the Pennsylvania and West Virginia appellate courts, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third, Sixth and Ninth Circuits.
