Andrew is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group in Reed Smith’s Washington, D.C. office, where he assists on an array of healthcare litigation and regulatory matters. His practice focuses primarily on compliance, investigations, and litigation relating to the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and state and federal false claims acts on behalf of national retail pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturers, and EHR vendors. Andrew is especially interested in the legal implications of new technologies for life sciences and health care companies.

- In law school, Andrew received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award (2017) and the American Bar Association-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in Health Care Law (2017). He was President of the Society for Health Law and Bioethics and a member of the Harrison Institute for Public Law.
