Jay is a litigator who focuses his practice on helping companies navigate the full spectrum of antitrust and competition issues. He works closely with the partners in the Antitrust & Competition Team to craft strategies that efficiently meet the unique objectives of each client and reflect the nuanced markets in which they operate.
Applying his background in economics and quantitative methods, Jay assists clients with their most challenging antitrust issues across all fronts – including government investigations, civil litigation, counseling and compliance, and merger control. He has developed particular experience defending civil antitrust claims in matters spanning industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical supply, telecommunications, energy, finance, technology, traditional media and broadcast television.
In addition to his core antitrust practice, Jay leverages his training and experience as a federal judicial clerk to deliver client value in complex commercial litigation and government regulatory matters. In every dispute or investigation, Jay combines the practical insights gleaned from his more than two years of training in federal district court with a steadfast focus on the client’s objectives.
Jay also maintains an active pro bono practice and contributes regularly to discussions on developments in antitrust law.
