Caitie focuses her practice on managed care litigation, with an emphasis on insurance recovery matters. Her experience extends to representing corporate policyholders in disputes with both foreign and domestic insurers. These disputes encompass a wide range of insurance coverages, such as general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, directors’ and officers’ liability, managed care liability, cyber liability, and fiduciary liability.
In her role, Caitie regularly navigates complex insurance recovery litigation and arbitration proceedings. Additionally, she provides valuable guidance to clients in assessing and negotiating insurance placements while also addressing day-to-day claims handling matters.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Caitie is deeply committed to pro bono work, serving as an advocate for domestic violence victim rights. She actively supports Ascend Justice, an organization dedicated to assisting domestic violence survivors in obtaining emergency orders of protections against their abusers.
Caitie also volunteers her time with Wills for Heroes, contributing to the drafting of wills for first responders and veterans who have served our nation. Her dedication to both her legal practice and community service underscores her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
