Adria has experience defending employers in nearly all aspects of labor and employment law in state courts, federal courts, government investigations, and arbitration proceedings nationwide. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to defending businesses against employment discrimination and complex class action lawsuits, ensuring high-level compliance with employment-related laws and regulations, and managing the employment aspects of deals.
