Michelle leads our global Antitrust & Competition team and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. She takes a hands-on approach to solving her cross-industry and cross-border clients’ low and high-stake antitrust problems across all fronts (litigation, transactional, advisory, and compliance).

Michelle is individually ranked by Chambers USA 2024 for Antitrust and recently won Corporate Counsel’s 2024 Women, Influence and Power in Law Award for Mentor & Mentee Collaboration, an award that honors those who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law. Michelle also received The Legal Intelligencer’s 2023 Professional Excellence Award for Best Law Firm Mentor. She serves as the global chair of Reed Smith’s Women’s Initiative Network.

Represented Imker Capital Partners portfolio company, Euramax for Mobility, in its joint venture with Lippert Components Manufacturing, Inc.
Successful resolution of an Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ) wage fixing investigation resulting in no action against our home health care company client and closure of the investigation in less than one year
Obtained dismissal (without prejudice) of leading drug wholesale company in multi-district antitrust class action litigation (In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2724, Reliable Pharmacy, 19-cv-6044, Doc. No. 155).

Michelle lives with her husband, Brian, and their three children Madeline, Henry, and Olivia in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As a former marathoner, competitive figure skater, and certified yoga and spinning instructor, Michelle is passionate about exercise and its associated benefits on one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
