SAA is a leading global designer and manufacturer of aircraft emergency arresting systems, with more than 5,000 systems worldwide. Based in Aston, Pa., SAA also maintains operations in Merpins, France. Upon closing of the transaction, the acquired business will operate within Curtiss-Wright’s Naval & Power segment.
