Michelle leads our global Antitrust & Competition Team and has extensive experience in complex antitrust litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in a variety of antitrust disputes relating to price-fixing, market allocation, bid rigging, monopolization, tying, and unfair competition. She routinely provides clients with antitrust guidance regarding pre- and post-merger antitrust issues including assistance with filings pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Michelle also has particular knowledge in assisting clients navigate responses to government investigations and subpoenas. She is very experienced in preparing antitrust compliance training programs and related materials.

Michelle lives with her husband, Brian, and their three children Madeline, Henry, and Olivia in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As a former marathoner, competitive figure skater and instructor, and certified yoga and spinning instructor, Michelle is passionate about exercise and its associated benefits on one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
